Scotty T is reportedly facing the axe from Geordie Shore for, err, partying too hard.

His wild behaviour is said to have put Scotty's place in the next series at risk.

The Sun reports that bosses on the MTV series are currently "weighing up whether or not to remove Scotty from the show."

A source told the newspaper: “Scotty T might not be welcome back for the next series. He has been called in for a meeting with the show’s execs where they will decide if he has a future on Geordie Shore.

“The cast have known for a while he has serious problems.”

While former Celebrity Big Brother winner Scotty has always proved a favourite on Geordie Shore, producers are supposedly feeling pressure to do the right thing for his own good.

The insider explained: “MTV really value Scotty. They think he’s a great talent and really want to keep him in company, but they need to consider taking him off Geordie Shore and the partying lifestyle for his own good.”

A rep for MTV didn't comment on the story but Scotty's publicist denied the claims to The Sun newspaper.

Geordie Shore's current series airs Tuesday nights at 10PM on MTV.
