Channel 4's Mutiny concludes tonight with its fifth and final episode - here's what to expect.

Cast adrift in the Pacific Ocean, at the start of this month a group of men set out to recreate one of the greatest survival feats of all time: the 4000-mile journey of Captain Bligh after the mutiny on the Bounty.

Anthony Middleton from SAS: Who Dares Wins steps into Captain Bligh's shoes as leader of the expedition, joined by a carpenter, a doctor, and several specialist sailors.

Last week the remaining crew members faced their biggest challenge yet: finding a way through the Great Barrier Reef.

Then after two weeks with no sight of land, a dessert island provided welcome relief as the men managed to rustle up a simple, classic shark and chips.

In the final episode tonight, the crew load up their barrels and kit bags for the last time and set off in the blistering heat of northern Australia to make the final leg of their journey.

Ahead of them is a whopping 1200-mile voyage to Timor but it isn't plain sailing.

While the end is in sight, the crew remain at the mercy of the weather, and when the winds slow so too does their progress.

The men face their most desperate challenge yet: life-threatening dehydration, as the finish line appears to be exasperatingly out of reach... Will they all make it to Captain Bligh's final destination?

Mutiny concludes tonight at 9PM on Channel 4.

You can catch up with the first four episodes online now with All4.
