Sally Lindsay limbers up for Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief

Sally Lindsay has been getting into shape for tonight's Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief live show.

Fronted by Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins, the showdown returns this evening on BBC One with the last of three star-studded Saturday night heats culminating in a grand final next weekend the 25 March.

Once again celebrities will don more fantastic outfits and learn more iconic dance routines for Comic Relief, but this time the brave celebrities will be facing double the challenge – dancing and singing!

The performing celebs will be judged each week by a panel of top TV personalities - this week it's the fabulous Miranda Hart, Jennifer Saunders, Julian Clary and Tameka Empson

Among this evening's highlights, actress Sally Lindsay will be Noddy Holder singing the rock classic Cum On Feel The Noize by the legendary Slade.

Sally Lindsay said: "I'm thrilled to be performing on Let’s Sing and Dance for Comic Relief and can't stop laughing when I think about it! I hope Noddy will still speak to me after!”

They'll be singing Born This Way by Lady Gaga in a bid to make next weekend's grand final.

Competing against them this evening will be comics Pete Firman and Ellie Taylor and Gogglebox's Steph and Dom Parker.

Also on tonight's line up are presenter Alison Hammond and finally The One Show reporters featuring Angellica Bell, Iwan Thomas, Alex Riley, Michelle Ackerley and Dominic Littlewood.

As always, it'll be viewers who decide the top performers.

The one celeb with the most votes will go through to the final while the judges will choose who else will make the final from the two runners up in the public poll.

Let's Sing and Dance airs tonight at 6:45PM on BBC One.
