Alison Hammond will transform into Missy Elliot for tonight's Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief.

Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins are back tonight on BBC One to front the third and final star-studded Saturday night heats ahead of a grand final next weekend the 25 March.

Once again celebrities will don more fantastic outfits and learn more iconic dance routines for Comic Relief, but this time the brave celebrities will be facing double the challenge – dancing and singing!

The performing celebs will be judged each week by a panel of top TV personalities - this week it's the fabulous Miranda Hart, Jennifer Saunders, Julian Clary and Tameka Empson

Among this evening's highlights, Alison Hammond will be American rapper and superstar Missy Elliot and performing Get Ur Freak On.

Alison said: “I cannot wait to get my dancing shoes back on, this time to sing and dance for Comic Relief and to raise as much money as possible! I am so excited!”

In this clip above, Alison goes all Honey G with a tour around her crib.

Competing against them this evening will be comics Pete Firman and Ellie Taylor and Gogglebox's Steph and Dom Parker.

Also on tonight's line up are actress Sally Lindsay plus a spectacular supergroup performance from The One Show reporters featuring Angellica Bell, Iwan Thomas, Alex Riley, Michelle Ackerley and Dominic Littlewood.

As always, it'll be viewers who decide the top performers as two celebs make it into the final next Saturday night.

The one celeb with the most votes will go through to the final while the judges will choose who else will make the final from the two runners up in the public poll.

Let's Sing and Dance airs tonight at 6:45PM on BBC One.
