From the Big Brother 2017 start time to confirmed cast, here's all we know so far about Big Brother 18 this summer.

The show will be back on Channel 5 in June TONIGHT and there's been plenty of talk bout what we could expect to see.

What time does Big Brother 2017 start tonight?

The exact Big Brother 2017 air date has now been officially confirmed for Monday, June 5.

It's the show's first ever launch on a Monday and the series will begin at the time of 8:30PM.

BBUK will face Love Island's launch, which starts slightly later at 9PM over on ITV2.

What's this year's big twist?

For the first time ever Big Brother is handing over power to the public. There will be one final housemate position up for grabs which will be decided by the public in tonight’s live launch, from a selection of candidates.

The lucky housemate voted in by the public, will become the People’s Housemate and will hold great power within the house, even having access to the outside world.

Meanwhile, there's also set to be a number of pairs in the house this year.

Big Brother searched for only housemate duos - be they couples, friends or relatives - to audition for the new series.

How the pairs twist will actually work on the show remains to be seen...

Bit On The Side's Rylan teased: “I can say that we were looking for pairs but I can’t say any more than that. Whether that means there’s only going to be pairs, or there’s going to be singles, I’ve got no idea. I mean I have, but I’m not telling you.”

Who's on the Big Brother 2017 cast?

The first Big Brother 2017 contestants were revealed ahead of launch last week.

For only the second time in BBUK history, show bosses have unveiled some of this year's Big Brother UK cast ahead of launch night.

Not everyone has been revealed (yet) but six people - making up four housemates, with two pairs - have been officially confirmed by Channel 5.

They include Ex On The Beach star Kayleigh Morris and Dreamboys' stripper Lotan Carter.

Joining them will be sisters Hannah and Deborah Agboola and husband and wife duo Imran and Sukhvinder Javeed.
