Lydia made a comeback to The Jump 2017 this week after originally missing out on the final in last Sunday's show.
"Yes it's true. Big boots to fill... I can't believe this is happening right now! Making it through to the FINAL of The Jump is INSANE," she wrote on Twitter.
Lydia's second chance followed Gareth Thomas quitting the show.
The rugby star isn't injured, instead leaving due to "personal reasons", according to The Sun newspaper.
“Gareth was devastated to have to leave. He’s had the time of his life and thought he was in with a shot of winning," a source spilled to the tabloid.
They added: “He’s left due to personal reasons and has travelled back home from Austria to be with his family.
“Lydia was obviously gutted to hear that Gareth had to quit but she’s thrilled to be back in the competition as his replacement.”
Unfortunately for poor Lydia, training for the final hasn't been totally going to plan.
She showcased some nasty injuries on Snapchat this week, telling her fans: “Whoever thought The Jump was easy, I’ve done my chin in, my arm, my hip and my legs.
“These are just some of the bruises that I’ve woken up with. This one kills."
She added: “My arm, I can’t even straighten it properly. It’s so swollen. The bruising is coming.”
The Jump concludes Sunday night on Channel 4 with the live final.
