Les Misérables was the latest musical to take up a starring role on Let It Shine this weekend.
Following performances from the cast of Jersey Boys and Motown The Musical, this Saturday night saw a very special live performance.
West End legends Alfie Boe and Michael Ball belted out a medley of tracks from Les Misérables including Bring Him Home, I Dreamed A Dream and One Day More.
And it was pretty epic.
"[email protected] and @mrmichaelball will be performing a special medley from Les Misérables ♫♬ in our #LetItShine final! Saturday 6.45pm @BBCOne" the official Let It Shine Twitter account announced before the show.
The pair were joined by the Urban Voices Choir for the incredible performance.
There was also another VERY special performance from a reunited Take That as Robbie Williams joined the show.
Robbie said: “I’m looking forward to being back with Gary, Mark and Howard on Let It Shine."
After seven sensational weeks of singing, dancing and show-stopping performances, the Let It Shine final was this Saturday night.
This weekend the three remaining bands took to the stage for the last time to compete in the Let It Shine final.
Those three final bands going into the final were Nightfall, Five To Five and Drive.
Each of the three remaining bands performed twice, singing both a musical theatre number and a pop song.
The judges gave their feedback, but this week it was up to the viewers to decide which band they wanted to win the competition.
And in the final result earlier this evening, it was Five To Five who won Let It Shine.
