The latest run of Celebrity Big Brother was the least watched winter series to date.
The new 'All Stars v New Stars' twist which saw former housemates return didn't do anything to help boost numbers, the ratings have revealed.
Official viewing figures - which include those who caught up on Channel 5+1 as well as in the seven days following each episode - show the last series averaged 2.4 million viewers each night.
The average is down 400,000 viewers on last year's run and 700,000 on 2015.
It's in fact the lowest average viewership since the first winter series on Channel 5 back in 2012 where 2.6 million watched on average each night.
January's Celebrity Big Brother started rather slowly with a first weekly average of 2.2 million viewers but did climb throughout the run. The final week of episodes averaged 2.5 million.
Unusually, the show peaked not at the launch or at the final but right in the middle of the series when 2.8 million tuned in to watch Kim Woodburn get dragged out of the house by security.
Despite being down on past winter runs, last month's viewing figures were still up on the summer series with last August's CBB averaging 2.1 million viewers.
Celebrity Big Brother will return to Channel 5 in the summer, alongside a new series of Big Brother.
