The Britain's Got Talent 2017 judges were left stunned at this year's London auditions by a giant 13-stone dog.

The huge Leonberger breed called Hagrid went in front of the panel in order to set a new world record.

The Sun newspaper reports that he already holds the Guinness World Record for 'most sausages caught by a dog in 30 seconds', which is apparently a thing.

And Hagrid was hoping to beat his own record on the BGT stage.

A source spilled to the newspaper: “Simon’s face lit up when Hagrid walked on stage. At first just his owners were on stage dancing, then out of nowhere he ran on.

“The crowd were in stitches and the judges loved it. It was absolute chaos.

“His owners promised if he made it through to the next round Hagrid would attempt to break even more records.”

The audition is expected to air when Britain's Got Talent return to ITV this month.

Meanwhile, another completely different act on stage at this year's BGT auditions caused chaos by storming off after receiving negative feedback.

A choir left the panel speechless when they walked off stage half way through the comments from the panel after a flop audition.

The musicians left Simon Cowell "open mouthed" when they decided to storm off after the music mogul declared: "That was one of the worst things I’ve ever seen in my life..."

According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, the singers blamed the poor performance on their song being changed by producers.

They said: “We wanted to show our fun-loving, creative spirit but it was changed by producers.”

Alesha Dixon had told the group: “I understand what you stand for and I really do appreciate that, however, if you want to step on stage and be on TV, it’s brutal.

"The audience can’t lie, you didn’t set us on fire. It wasn’t good enough.”

Britain's Got Talent will air on ITV from Saturday, April 15.
