Amy Willerton fears she may DIE on The Jump 2017 as the show kicks off tonight.

Already the The Jump 2017 has lost its first contestant due to injury with Vogue Williams forced to leave the competition ahead of launch night.

A Channel 4 spokesperson said: "Vogue fell during training for ski cross yesterday injuring her knee which sadly means she can no longer continue in the competition."

Former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Amy is now stepping in to take Vogue's place.

Amy had already been in training alongside Vogue and the other celebs as a standby contestant in case of injury.

Amy said: “This experience has gone from being an exciting over extended ski holiday to suddenly overnight throwing myself into competition mode - but I'm so so ready for that challenge!

“I hope I can do Vogue proud,” she added.

Speaking ahead of her appearance in tonight's opener, Amy admitted: "This is by far the scariest thing I've done. I am an adrenaline junkie - I've skydived, I've bungee jumped and every time I do an adrenaline sport, I want to do it again."

She told DigitalSpy: "The Jump has never not become scary. This is scarier because in I'm a Celebrity I knew that ITV could not let me die. I'm not saying Channel 4 will let me die, but the danger in this show is real and always there which makes it such a great show.

"Everything is done to prevent that happening but every time you go on The Jump, it's scary. You know what can go wrong. In I'm a Celebrity I was buried in a trench with thousands of critters, I had snakes on my face and I crawled through tarantulas and this scares me more."

Touch wood she'll stay safe!

The Jump 2017 will air tonight at 7:30PM on Channel 4.
