Lydia Bright has been getting tips from James 'Arg' Argent ahead of The Jump 2017.
TOWIE star Lydia is one of this year's celebrities and has been getting some (limited) advice from her ex-boyfriend.
Arg, who split from Lydia in 2016, appeared in last year's contest but made an early exit.
Speaking on ITV's Lorraine earlier today, Lydia revealed: “He didn’t really give me too many tips and to be honest I don’t think I would have taken them off him because he came out third.
“But he told me go to out there and enjoy myself because it’s an amazing opportunity."
She continued: “When I came out to see him it spurred me on to want to do it.
“He told me the skeleton is the most scary thing that I would ever do in my whole, entire life and I’ve got all that coming up.
“He said just go for it.”
Lydia is one of 14 stars who have signed up for series four of The Jump.
Those joining her in training in Austria include Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews, Big Brother's Josie Gibson, model Caprice Bourret and Olympic gymnast Louis Smith.
More celebs on The Jump this year are rugby player Gareth Thomas and Paralympic medalist Kadeena Cox and retired pro cyclist Bradley Wiggins.
Others on the cast are Footie player Robbie Fowler, Olympic taekwondo champ Jade Jones, rugby player Jason Robinson and comic and TV host Mark Dolan.
Rounding off the line up are model Vogue Williams and Camilla Parker Bowles’ niece Emma Parker Bowles.
The Jump 2017 starts on February 5 on Channel 4.
