Tour De Celeb is back on TV on Channel 5 tonight as eight celebrities tackle "the toughest physical and mental challenge on TV".

The four-part series kicked off last week and sees eight all star celebrity contestants preparing to take on the L’Etape du Tour in France.
The brutal 146km of endurance cycling through the French Alps, from Megeve to Morzine, L’Etape is described as the "the ultimate racing cycling challenge" and the third largest participatory event in world sport.
So which celebrities are taking up the task?

The celebs will have three months to train for the event, coached by experts at every step of the way.
These include Dame Sarah Storey OBE, Britain’s most decorated female Paralympian in cycling and swimming and Rob Hayles, the three-time Olympic medallist and double Track World Champion. Joining them is Asker Jeukendrup, an internationally renowned exercise physiologist, sports nutritionist and Ironman tri-athlete.
The eight celebs will then be split into two teams of four for the main event with a special 'Diary Cam' allowing viewers to get an access all areas look into their journeys, charting all the highs and lows.
Tour de Celeb airs Monday nights at 7PM on Channel 5.
