A new Channel 5 reality show will see celebrities take on a Tour De France style cycling challenge.

Over recent years we've seen celebs do all sorts for TV from dancing to diving, sheep herding to banger racing.

Now a group of stars will be taking part in 'Tour de Celeb', which will see Olympic cyclist Victoria Pendleton train eight celebrity contestants in the art of cycle racing.

Celebrities lined up for the show are said to include Cricketer Darren Gough, model Jodie Kidd, TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh, former rugby player Austin Healey, Made In Chelsea’s Hugo Taylor and Winter Olympian Amy Williams

Two others names will be announced in due course, reports The Sun newspaper, with the show airing in July or six episodes on Saturday nights.

A source told the tabloid: “The stars are already training. They have no illusions about how hard it’ll be.”
