Long term Strictly Come Dancing presenter Bruce Forsyth is expected to quit the programme ahead of next year's series, according to BBC insiders. The 82-year-old telly presenter and all round TV legend is said to be planning on retiring from the dancing show as "strain is starting to show."
A show source told The Sun: "Bruce has had an amazing time, but the strain is starting to show. He fell over a few of his autocue lines during the final and was a bit crabby during his half-time song.
"Everyone expects him to retire now the final is done and nobody would blame him for wanting to put his feet up."
Kara Tointon won the 2010 series of Strictly Come Dancing last weekend.
