Ex-Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips has claimed that Ann Widdecombe joined the dance based reality programme with "her own agenda". Speaking to The Sun this morning after Ann's exit on last night's results show, Arlene said now Ann was gone the real competition could begin.
Arlene said: "Ann came with her own agenda, which was not about learning to dance.
"She wanted some attention. She has become a legend because of Strictly and she is loving it."
The former conservative MP got the boot from the programme last night after being awarded just 14 points from the judges and the public failed to back her up.
