Felicity Kendal and Vincent Simone have become the latest couple to leave this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing. The pair found themselves in the bottom two alongside Patsy and Robin in tonight's results show after they failed to convince the public and judges with their performances during yesterday's special show at Blackpool.
It was Felicity's second time in the bottom two in as many weeks, her third time overall since the series started.
On her exit, Felicity told Bruce: "It's been such an amazing thing. I'm here because of [Vincent], he's just phenomenal, he's just a genius."
She added that she had a great time on the show, explaining at the Blackpool Tower ballroom: "What a way to go, It's fantastic. This is the place to go home from."
Strictly judge Alesha Dixon said of her exit: "I actually think Felicity had one of her better nights, but unfortunately it's the nature of the beast and it's the way the cookie crumbles."
Strictly Come Dancing returns next weekend on BBC One.
