It's a good thing that Dermot O'Leary still has his job as presenter of The X Factor after his new show flopped this weekend. The Marriage Ref attracted a miserable audience of just 2.25 million viewers on Saturday night primetime on ITV1, with critics blasting the programme.

The show limped in with an average of 2.25 million - an 11% share - between 9 and 10PM. A new series of Odd One In did better, attracting 3.45 million viewers two hours earlier, while Jonathan Ross attracted just under 4 million viewers for Penn and Teller: Fool Us at 8PM.

Lee Mack's All Star Cast managed a solid 4.2 million viewers at 9:40PM, despite also receiving mainly negative reviews from critics.
