Feisty Tulisa Contostavlos has frankly admitted she would've hit George Gerasimou if she wasn't on The X Factor. Speaking about the shocking audition shown on last night's opening episode, the N-Dubz star joked she was no longer 'allowed' to hit out at aggressive people.
Viewers saw 19-year-old George brand Tulisa a "scumbag" and a "dog" in dramatic scenes at the end of last night's opening show.
Asked at a Q&A last week following the premiere of the first X Factor episode why she didn't "smack him", Tulisa laughed: "I'm on the X Factor now I'm not allowed!"
Pal Kelly Rowland, who got to her feet in support of Tulisa in the shocking audition, also gave her views.
"You've completely just go to try to keep your cool and remember you want to be professional," she explained. "And not to act like a fool because that [the audition] was foolery... foolery means you're acting like your fool."
Kelly added: "[Tulisa's] in a much better position, why would she go and do that?"
Meanwhile Gary Barlow said: "It's absolutely chaos at auditions, not only are the contestants acting up but so are the audience. It's hard to try and keep order."
George was eventually kicked off of the show by security after telling Tulisa on the show: "You're some scumbag trying to replace Cheryl. Some scumbag from the block."
Keeping her calm, Tulisa replied: "You’re here to be judged, and you know what you’ve just done? You’ve embarrassed yourself to the entire nation. I worked myself up from Camden Town and that’s why I’m here today."
The X Factor continues next Saturday on ITV1.
