New X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has said she'll never lose her temper on the show, but has no worries about biting back! The feisty new panellist told Top Of The Pops magazine this month she'll be more than happy to "have a go" at rude contestants on the show.
She said: "I've never lost my temper. I might stick up for myself and I'll be firm with people but I won't lose it. If someone says something rude to me then, yeah, I'll have a go at them. I don't care who it is."
And the N-Dubz star has already proven it, holding her own against a crazy wannabe who branded her a "scumbag" at the auditions last month.
“You’re just a scumbag from Camden replacing Cheryl on the panel," 19-year-old wannabe George Gerasimou told her after she stopped the music during his audition.
But Tulisa hit back: “Get back and stop invading my space,” she added: “I am really proud of what I have achieved. If you don’t like it, why did you come down today?”
Meanwhile it sounds as though Tulisa may have a close pal in Louis Walsh who'll step in if things get too heated, with the hip hop singer declaring: "I love Lou-Lou - he's my little muffin!"
She added previously: "To tell you the truth I’m getting on mostly with Louis Walsh. He’s my best friend, my new BFF – I love him. Me and him get on like a house on fire."
And Louis was just as kind to Tulisa, even if he did admit to not having a clue who she was at first!
"I didn’t really know who Tulisa was before but now I feel like I have known her all my life, she’s so real and had an incredible life, I think she’ll be a huge asset to the panel," he said.
Tulisa, Louis, Gary Barlow and Kelly Rowland make their debut on The X Factor this Saturday.
