Girls Aloud's AWOL member Nadine Coyle has confirmed she will be reuniting with Cheryl Cole and her other band mates next year to celebrate the groups' tenth anniversary. The Irish singer, who was recently pictured in a less than flattering outfit performing in LA, added she loved touring with the group.
Nadine is quoted as saying: "We always discuss doing a ten-year reunion thing, so that’s going to be next year. We’re definitely going to do something
"But it’s a whole huge production. Girls Aloud is not just us five. There is us five plus a ridiculous team of 50 who travel with us, it is amazing!”
Nadine went solo last year releasing her debut single 'Insatiable' followed by her debut album of the same name, but with the record failing to make the Top 40, Nadine moved back to her family in LA. Recently the reality telly star has started a bid to crack the states, performing new song 'Sweetest High' in New York clubs, however it sounds as though she can't wait to get back with the group.
A source said: “All is forgiven between Nadine and the rest of the band. It’s all water under the bridge.
“They’re excited they’re going to be making a fresh start together on this next adventure of their lives In six months’ time it’ll be back to work as normal – they are itching to get back in the studio.”
Girls Aloud's manager Hilary Shaw previously confirmed: "Everybody wants them to make a comeback and it will be next year. Well, it is their tenth anniversary so there will be something.
"[The group] speak all the time, and that includes Cheryl and Nadine. Cheryl is keen to get back with the girls and is planning something which could be a one-off or some gigs."
Cheryl Cole was recently spotted recording new music in LA speculated for a third album due out later this year.
Now we'll be spending the rest of the night watching videos of Girls Aloud on YouTube...
