X Factor judge Louis Walsh has revealed his true thoughts on this year's new panel - saying that he and Tulisa stay up all night cracking jokes and that Gary Barlow will shock viewers with his harsh comments. Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, Louis also praised Kelly Rowland's work ethic.
Louis is the only remaining original X Factor judge on this year's show after the departure of Simon, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole. Having sat on the show's panel since the first series in 2004, Louis gave his views on the new judges...
He joked "What's the difference in this year's panel? There's no Botox on anyone this time."
Louis said: "[Tulisa is] the real deal. There's no drama or ego, she's a kid who had a tough upbringing and is living the dream. She's so sussed. She's just so honest and so real - I can't believe how much I like her. She keeps me up all night cracking jokes.
"It's scary what lengths [Kelly] goes to to an hour every day. It's easy to see why she became such a big success in her music career."
And finally on Gary, Louis added: "He's the Mr Nasty of the show. A lot of viewers will be surprised how little he holds back. But I don't fight him, I really respect him. Gary is a real songwriter and knows the game."
The new judges will make their debut next month when The X Factor returns to ITV1.
