New Xtra Factor host Olly Murs has predicted that former X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell will make 'cameo' appearances on this year's show during the judges' houses stage. The former X Factor runner up also tipped Beyonce and Jedward to make an appearance alongside this year's panel.
"I'm really intrigued to know who are going to be the mentors this year. You can kind of guess, but I kind of have a theory on who it will be," Olly said. "I think Gary is going to have Simon [Cowell], possibly. I think it would be quite cool. I just feel that Simon will want to come back at some point, just to show his face.
"If he doesn't then I think it will obviously be Robbie [Williams] or the Take That boys. He might get the groups. Imagine being in a group and then singing in front of the judges and it is Take That!"
Olly continued: "For Kelly [Rowland] I would just love it to be Beyoncé. It would just be a dream come true. It would just be incredible. Imagine if it was someone random like T-Pain or Lil Wayne that doesn't even watch The X Factor. My mum would be like, 'Who's T-Pain?'"
"For Tulisa I think it would be predictable to get in N-Dubz - it's not going to happen," he said. "I thought Cheryl [Cole] would be a good one. They're good buddies now aren't they?"
Speaking to In Demand, Olly added: "And for Louis - Jedward! Could you imagine a really good boyband coming up and the boys would just be like, 'I just don't think you're good enough, I don't like it.'"
