X Factor 2011 judge Louis Walsh has vowed to name and shame the person who falsely accused him of groping them. Charges against the Irish music mogul for indecent assault were dropped yesterday after the 24-year-old man admitted to fabricating the story.
He had alleged that Louis has groped his genitals in a nightclub following a Westlife gig in Dublin, back in April of this year.
Louis always maintained his innocence and the Irish police force confirmed no action was to be taken over the claims.
Today he told Star magazine: "I am shocked by these allegations. I don't even know who this guy is, just that he's a sick, nasty person. I have instructed lawyers and I'm not going to let him get away with peddling lies about me.
"No one who knows me believes this story. I will fight with this all the way."
He continued: "I'm devastated. When I found out, I was stunned and it really was the worst night of my life.
Louis, who is in Cardiff today for the latest round of X Factor 2011 auditions, said that the accusations had "shaken him to the core"
He added:"I'm going to have to learn a new way of living my life. For too long, close friends of mine have told me I was too open and too accessible and now everything has to change."
Louis joins new X Factor judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostvalos and Kelly Rowland in Wales this morning.
