Former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has reportedly said that she'll "never forgive" Simon Cowell over the mess on The X Factor USA. According to friends, Cheryl thinks that the music mogul has "ruined her life" after she was fired from the American version of the show.
A friend told Star magazine: "As far as [Cheryl] is concerned, Simon promised to take her to the US, encouraged her to audition for the show and then fired her. She says he was ruined her life and will never forgive him."
The source continued: "What hurts Cheryl the most is that she thought Simon was her closest friend - and he couldn't even break the news to her face. She lost some respect for him."
Even Cheryl's mum Joan has got involved, with an insider blabbing: "Joan has never trusted Simon and warned Cheryl that Simon would 'drop her like a hot brick' if she wasn't working. She told Cheryl to cut contact with him."
Simon Cowell previously said on the matter: "Everyone has painted me as a monster because I embarrassed her. But the truth is, I was protecting her. I just want people to be in the right place at the right time."
PR guru Mark Borkowski told the magazine last week: "At the moment it looks like Cheryl has failed. She needs to go back to basics, to her core skill - singing. And she shouldn't burn her bridges with Simon Cowell."
Cheryl herself first spoke out since her axe two days ago but remained silent about The X Factor, saying only she was spending time with "loved ones".
