The new bosses behind The X Factor are reportedly planning a Cheryl Cole tribute week when the live shows air later this year, it has been claimed. According to the Daily Star Sunday, top producer Simon Cowell has offered Cheryl Cole the chance to return to the show as a celebrity mentor for one week.
And now the show's new producers - which include former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here exec Beth Hart - want to create a whole week dedicated to the singer, the newspaper claims.
Despite the show still not having aired the first audition episode, plans are already being made for a Girls Aloud themed week which would see Cheryl return to coach the finalists.
However according to the tabloid, Cheryl isn't looking likely to take up the offer.
