New X Factor judges Kelly Rowland and Gary Barlow have warned potential hopefuls that they need to be humble when in the music businesses. The duo made the comments after blasting one auditionee for being too cocky when she performed for the panel last week.
The wannabe told the panel: "I've got raw talent, I've never got my big break and i deserve it. It just hasn't been my time but I believe now is my time."
The singer went on to compare herself to the likes of Beyonce, not always a wise move with Kelly Rowland on the panel!
Saying she was "born singing", the 41-year-old went to sing a "dated track" which Louis said made her only a good backing singer.
Warning other X Factor auditionees, Kelly said: "I think it's on the verge of cockiness. These beautiful people back here [the audience] are the ones who buy your records. You have to be humble because every single opportunity we have been given can be taken away just like that."
Meanwhile Take That star Gary Barlow added: "None of us deserves this chance, we're all so privileged to be sat in these seats."
He added: "I quite like your voice but I wouldn't be looking forward to working with you in the future."
Meanwhile the new X Factor panelists enjoyed a night of bonding when they joined Gary Barlow at a Take That concert last week. A source said: "It was a great night out for everyone, Kelly certainly seemed to love watching the head judge in action on stage."
Auditions for The X Factor 2011 continue on June 29 in Cardiff.
