Sinitta gives her much-awaited review of the new X Factor UK panel

Sinitta and Simon

After The X Factor 2011 UK panel was finally revealed yesterday w were eagerly awaiting one thing: Sinitta's opinion. Fortunately for us the 'So Macho' singer wasted no time in giving her thoughts on the new line up, which appear in New! magazine this week.

Despite reported offers of £2.5 million on the table from ITV for the sacked X Factor USA judge Cheryl Cole to return to the UK series, the Girls Aloud singer will instead be replaced by Tulisa from hip-hop group N-Dubz. US star Kelly Rowland and Take That singer Gary Barlow also join the panel, whilst Louis Walsh is the only returning judge.

Speaking about the new panel, Sinitta told the magazine: "I don't know that much about [Tulisa]. I can imagine all the things people are going to say, that she is too young and how is she qualified? But, if you think back a few years, everyone said the same about Cheryl. We just have to give her a chance.

"N-Dubz have quite a reputation for foul language and being rowdy. They have that sort of vibe. And the fact that she is hanging out with two guys the whole time means she must have had to toughen up. But that could be exciting. She could be a bit like an early Kelly Osbourne, in your face, opinionated and feisty."

Meanwhile on US singer Kelly Rowland joining the panel, Sinitta added: "Having someone from Destiny's Child would be great. She obviously has the experience.

"I've met her a few times and she's really lovely. She's louder than you would imagine and she's quite a funny girl, too. People tend to think that in Destiny's Child Beyonce [Knowles] was the upfront, loud, diva-type character, but Kelly's got a lot of personality and she is a sexy mamma."

The X Factor 2011 auditions kick off tomorrow afternoon n Birmingham.
