Dannii Minogue admits leaving the show 'probably a huge mistake' as BBC rubbish claims of a deal

Dannii Minogue has reportedly confessed to friends that leaving The X Factor was "probably a huge mistake" today. According to the Sunday Mirror however Dannii said she wouldn't return to the show if asked, saying it was too much to drag her new son Ethan through all the flights.

"Even if they came back to me today and said they would change things around for me, I couldn't go back. I've moved on," Dannii is understood to have told a pal.

She continued: "Making that decision was the hardest decision of my professional career but they left me no choice.

"I know it's probably a huge mistake and, believe me, everybody I work with has been trying to talk me around, but I can't drag myself - and Ethan - through all the flights to and from Australia and I'm not leaving him behind while I go and work."

The reports come after the BBC denied this morning's reports that the broadcaster had offered Dannii a deal to judge on The Voice. Head of Communications at the channel Julian Payne said on Twitter: "Contrary to a report in today's NOTW Dannii Minogue has not been offered a multi million pound offer by the BBC."
