Hunky Scottish singer Jai McDowall may have become one of the favourites to win after impressing the judges on last Saturday's Britain's Got Talent, but it seems the 24-year-old doesn't have his sights set on the top prize. Speaking to Daybreak, Jai instead revealed he was just hoping to find love on the show!
The support worker received a standing ovation after performing Anthem from Chess at his audition in Glasgow earlier this year.
Jai said: "If being on Britain's Got Talent gets me some attention from girls, I wouldn't say no - and I wouldn't rule out finding a girlfriend."
And by the sounds of it he may be in luck, we reported yesterday that the singer had been flooded with marriage proposals after appearing on the show.
Jai said: "It's great because there's some people that obviously know me and have known me since I was really little, and then there's complete strangers that just get in touch to say that they cried at the performance or they were touched by it. It's an amazing feeling."
Britain’s Got Talent 2011 continues tomorrow night at 8PM on ITV1.
