Tomorrow's latest instalment of Britain's Got Talent sees a man attempting one fingered press ups for the judges! The show starts in Manchester where 54-year-old painter and decorator Mickey is hoping to impress judges with his strong man act of doing a one fingered press up on top of a nail.
Speaking to cameras before his audition, Mickey says:: "I started doing karate in 1974, the act I’m going to do is extremely dangerous and I train like a nutter, airport lounges at Heathrow Airport, in disabled toilets, police stations, hospitals, back gardens, behind rubbish bins, I could chuck a water melon up and split it with my fingers.
"I’ve been on a seek and destroy mission, I’m going to do it whatever happens."
Walking out onto the stage, Mickey tells the judges he’s going to do a one-fingered press up on a nail. David Hasselhoff replies: "Wow, that’s pretty cool man."
As Mickey starts his act however the judges flinch and turn away because it looks too painful to watch. In the wings, Ant attempts a one fingered press up but is unsuccessful.
Afterwards, Michael says: "Well, I do think it’s an amazing thing to be able to do more than one of them, but ultimately, we are looking for entertainment and, although I was very impressed, I wasn’t entertained."
Michael isn't keen, but what will The Hoff and Amanda make of it all?
Britain's Got Talent 2011 continues tomorrow night at 8PM on ITV1.
