'Underwear artist' Anthony Wait leaves Britain's Got Talent judges unimpressed

Anthony Wait

There have been some very dubious talents on Britain's Got Talent over the years, but Anthony Wait's claim to being an 'underwear artist' has to be one of the most wacky we've heard. What's more it's not the first time the bizarre 49-year-old has tried out for the show, failing to make it through in front of Simon Cowell last year!

Anthony's "talent" involves him stripping off his trousers and several pairs of undies to classic disco hit You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real). He then dips the removed pants inn paint before using them on a canvas to create a piece of art.

A source told The Sun: "He seemed to be wearing endless pairs of pants. He thought he was doing well but the judges were just stunned.

"He got a bit fed up of their disapproval and ended up flashing his bum at Amanda."

We can reveal that it's not the first time that Anthony has auditioned for Britain's Got Talent either, having tried out in front of last year's panel too. Shockingly Anthony managed to get a yes from Simon for his act - which saw him create a painting for the judges by using a space hopper.

Unfortunately Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan said "no" to his experiment.

The gallery owned from Margate will appear in front of a panel including Louis Walsh later on in the show.
