Take a pretty looking girl from one of Britain's biggest pop groups and ask them to judge The X Factor, sound familiar? According to The Sun it seems as though ITV1 bosses are keen to replicate the success of Cheryl Cole this year with The Saturdays' star Frankie Sandford...
The Saturdays are currently the UKs biggest girl band with Girls Aloud still on their yearlong break (you know, the one that started nearly two years ago?), and ITV1 bosses want to cash in on their success.
"Frankie has all the right ingredients for an X Factor judge - she looks great, she can hold her own and she's been there," a source said. Frankie, together with fellow Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman, originally found fame in a CBBC talent show which created S Club Juniors back in 2001.
The insider continued: "The Saturdays have had to work hard so she knows what the wannabes are going through. Just like Cheryl, she is young and glamorous and someone the contestants can relate to."
And if the similarities between Cheryl and Frankie weren't enough already, the singer is also currently dating footballer Wayne Bridge.
Meanwhile a source said that Mel B was also a potential judge, saying: "She is certainly gobby which is what Simon Cowell loves." I'm not saying anything...
