Simon Cowell has reportedly been forced to cancel plans for a 'world' version of Britain's Got Talent due to commitments with both The X Factor UK and The X Factor in the USA. Simon originally revealed his idea to have a global edition of the show last year, which would've taken place in London's Royal Albert Hall.
The programme would've seen the winners and runners up of the many international versions of the show - such as the original America's Got Talent series - come together to compete against one another in a bid to be crowned the world's favourite talent.
An ITV source told The Sun today however: "It's not happening. Sadly, Simon is just way too busy with the X Factor.
"It really is a shame because I'm sure it would have been a great spectacle."
The latest series of Britain's Got Talent is expected to return on April 16.
