James CaanEntrepreneur James Caan has said "I'm Out" to Dragons Den after four series due to time issues. 50-year-old James who joined Deborah, Ducan, Peter and Theo in 2007 and is worth a net value of around £70 million, has quit the BBC One show due to time constraints.

James confirmed the rumours by various twitter tweets: "After four fantastic seasons, I have made the decision to step down from the panel of the much loved 'Dragons' Den'.

"I have seen some excellent entrepreneurs and brilliant ideas and I thank them and all of the dragons for making it such great fun."

"I will be focusing on my existing investments and some exciting new projects."

The executive of the show Dominic Bird said “James has been a fearsome dragon over the last two years and although we’ll be sorry to see him leave the den, we appreciate he is very busy with his new endeavours. We wish him luck and hope to work with him again soon on new projects.”
