Jonathan Ross will be making his debut presenting role with ITV1 next month as he hosts a special one-off magic show. To be aired in primetime, 'Penn and Teller: Fool Us' will see wannabe magicians try and dupe the legendary Las Vegas headliners whose have performed their act across the world.
Throughout the 90-minute special any illusionist who manages to fool Penn & Teller will win themselves a trip to Las Vegas to be the opening act for their show at the Rio Hotel and Casino. Penn and Teller will be sitting in the audience but will not know the performer or their planned trick.
Penn said of the show: "Nothing would delight us more than to give those Vegas tickets to anyone who can baffle us with their brilliance."
Meanwhile Executive producer Peter Davey added: "It's a real pleasure to work with the undisputed governors of magic and their friend Jonathan."
Jonathan Ross' chat show is set to launch next autumn on ITV1.
