Here are the top nine contestants who are in The Greatest Dancer live shows tonight.
Hosted by current BGT judge Alesha Dixon and Diversity star Jordan Banjo, the new show has been holding auditions over the past four weeks.
Dance hopefuls performed in front of a giant two way mirror, much like in a dance studio. On the other side, unseen by them, was a studio audience who could see through and watch their performance.
If the audience liked what they saw, they hit a button on their chair. If more than 75% of the audience did so the mirror will open, sending the act through to the callback stages.
Also watching on were a trio of dance captains: Singer Cheryl, Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse and Broadway star Matthew Morrison.
After the auditions concluded tonight, the dance captains each selected three acts at the callback stage for their teams in the next stage.
Cheryl picked contemporary all girl dance group Dan Bates Collective, duo Harry & Eleiyah and four piece street group Frobacks.
Cheryl said: "Oti and Matthew should just take a seat and enjoy what's about to be put in front of their faces."
Oti selected Latin formation group KLA, 14-year-old contemporary solo dancer Ellie and drag act Globe Girls.
Oti said: "Cheryl and Matthew have something to be very nervous about."
Finally, Matthew chose commerical-contemporary fusion dance group Company Jinks, teenage dance duo James & Oliver and Prospects Fraternity, a Hip hop street dance group aged 10-17.
Matthew said: "Oti and Cheryl already know I have The Greatest Dancer."
Now, the show goes LIVE for the first time. Every week each of the dancers are set a challenge that they must take on with their Dance Captain to create a performance that will impress the viewers at home and keep them in the competition.
Then in the Live Grand Final, the remaining acts will all perform before the voting lines open once again as viewers at home get to choose who they want to be named The Greatest Dancer, win £50,000 and perform as a very special guest on Strictly Come Dancing.
The Greatest Dancer airs Saturday night from 7:30PM on BBC One.
