The new talent show started last weekend and is back this Saturday night for more try outs.
Fronted by Gary Barlow, Let It Shine is on the hunt for singers to perform in a new stage musical based on the songs of Gary's band Take That.
Alongside Gary, Spandau Ballet singer Martin Kemp and former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue will take up a role on the judging panel.
And for this first stage of auditions, they'll also be joined by guest judge, West End singer and star of Glee Amber Riley.
Guys on tonight's show include Scott Sutcliffe, Samm Hewitt, Harry Neale, Dylan Reid and Lee Stinchcombe.
More auditions come from Keith Branic, Ciaran O'Brien, Craig Webb, Damien Kivlehan and Curtis T Johns.
And other performers going for one of the five spots in the stage show are Julius Wright, Jamie Corner, Huw Roberts and Jonathan Halliwell.
During the auditions the boys have just one performance to impress the judges to make it through to the next stage.
They will all sing, and some will dance and others will play instruments - but will they make it through to the next stage?
Each judge will mark the performances out of 5 and hopefuls need 15 or more points out of the possible 20 to progress.
Meanwhile, as well as those who have applied to be on the show, Gary has gone out across the UK to find talented contestants who have been secretly nominated by their friends and families.
The show sees Gary surprise them and personally invites them to audition in front of the Let It Shine judges

Let It Shine will start on TV on BBC One on Saturday, January 14 at 7PM with the second round of auditions.
