Here's a look at the contestants on The Island with Bear Grylls in 2016, the show's third series.
As with last year there are two groups of eight men and women who will be trying to survive life on an uninhabited island in the middle of the ocean.
But in a first for The Island, men and women will be together as they share the same land, although in a twist neither group will be aware of the other's presence at beginning.
Bear Grylls will as always be overseeing the whole thing and is very excited to see how it all works out.
"We wanted to take this season to the next level and putting men and women together was the natural progression," he said. "It is easy to assume that this will turn into a battle of the sexes, but in truth it is much deeper than that and is a battle for survival.
"That's not about gender or how big and tough someone may look, that's about mental strength and character."
As with the past years, the islanders are made up of a real mix of characters from all sorts of backgrounds.
On the Men's team are cameramen Ben Allen and Rob Bloomfield, Manchester property developer Chris Tierney, medic Daniel Quemby, chef Elliot Day, student Patrick Dauncey, phone shop owner Rizwan Shabir and insurance salesman Simon Middleton.
The Women group consists of camerawomen Cassie Farrell and Sarah Carnie, doctor Alice Rothwell, retired farmer Erika Roe, ex soldier Hannah Campbell, plumber Rozelle 'Roz' David, accountant Shaney Langhorn and barmaid Tilly Martin.
The Island with Bear Grylls: Chris is back on Channel 4 at 9PM from next Monday, March 28.
