The X Factor 2013 open auditions launched in London yesterday, and TellyMix went along to get a sneak peek at some of this year's hopefuls!
Over 8,000 wannabes turned up at the ExCeL centre in the capital aiming to impress the show's producers and win the chance to appear before the judges, with some queueing in the bitter winter weather from as early as 5am.
Host Dermot O'Leary commented: "It's great to see so many people braving the cold and turning out in their thousands for the first day of our auditions."
Show bosses confirmed yesterday that the judge auditions will be revamped this year, with contestants performing in a traditional audition room, before progressing to an auditorium if they're successful.

The open auditions continue in Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Glasgow this month. Judges auditions will take place later over summer.
