Let's Dance for Comic Relief 2013 kicked off tonight as the first batch of celebs performed for our votes.
Fronted once again by Alex Jones and Steve Jones, the showdown started this evening with six groups of stars recreating some famous musical numbers.
Once again, the dancing celebrities were judged each week by a panel of top TV personalities that tonight featured Mel Giedroyc and Bradley Walsh. Each week, the judges will choose from the runners up to join the viewer’s favourite in the final.
Boxer Ricky Hatton rocked the ring with ‘Let Me Entertain You’ while The Soap Stars - Dean Gaffney, Claire Sweeney, Natalie Cassidy and Ricky Groves - danced to a number from Hairspray.
The 'Destiny's Dad' trio - Hal Cruttenden, Mark Dolan and Shaun Keaveny closed the show with ‘Bootylicious’
There was also performances from Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh and Irish stars The Script, singing their new single.
