Here's the moment that Beth Tweddle crashes into the ice on Dancing On Ice 2013.
Beth was attempting the headbanger in training this week when she fell during the risky move.
The Olympian is the second star to take on the dangerous move this series, but practice with pro partner Dan Whiston ended in disaster this week.
Beth will be entering the move while travelling, as opposed to being on the ice like Samia, but the first attempt ended with a nasty bang on the ice, as she bashed her head after losing her footing during rehearsals for this week's routine.
Judge Karen Barber, who has been coaching the pair on the move, warned: "It's risky and the ice is not very forgiving."
Dan rushed to help out the 27-year-old who fortunately seemed to avoid any real damage despite the nasty looking fall.
This Sunday night will see Beth and the other remaining celebrity skaters - Gareth Thomas, Luke Campbell, Keith Chegwin, Joe Pasquale, Matt Lapinskas and Samia Ghadie - perform in a love themed romantic special for Valentines day.
