Latest Celebrity Big Brother 2018 news and gossip

Here’s your latest Celebrity Big Brother 2018 news update with all the latest from the house

The opening week of the series is over and the first elimination looms. The first nominations of the series will happen this evening, January 8, LIVE from 9PM on Channel 5 – and face to face.

In a twist, the women still have the power and therefore they alone will be the only ones to nominate.

However five housemates – Malika, Amanda, Jess and Maggie and Shane J – are immune and cannot be nominated.

Those who receive the most nominations will face the first eviction on Friday 12th January.

India seems a likely target for nominations and has also continued to wind up viewers as well as those inside the house.

Last night’s episode saw India rage when Shane J, aka Courtney Act, gave Andrew Brady a drag transformation.

But India has seen her ‘drag phobia’ called into question when fans noticed her happily posing with drag queens at a Pride event in the past.

It’s not just India who viewers have been left unimpressed by. Daniel O’Reilly the comedian formerly known as Dapper Laughs has been slated for objectifying the women in the house.

Yesterday in the house he, Andrew and Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell ranked the girls on which they most wanted to “bang”.

“The way Daniel “dapper laughs” talks about the girls in the house is making me feel sick,” one viewer posted to Twitter.

Another reacted: “how daniel talks about women is so grim?really wanted to like him but this is really putting me off … #cbb #cbbbots”

It’s been claimed that Jonny definitely has his eye on at least one of the girls, with reports that he is hopeful of romance with Ashley James.

But her pals say there’s no chance, because of her friendship with his ex Stephanie Pratt.

Celebrity Big Brother 2018 airs live tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.

It’ll be a 90 minute show with host Emma Willis.
