An alleged stalker who terrified X Factor’s Caroline Flack for three months has been arrested.
The Daily Mirror report today that a 39-year-old has been arrested following a complaint from the Xtra Factor star.
The man had reportedly been turning up wherever Caroline was filming, with gifts and trying to touch her.
“It’s been a pretty stressful past few weeks for Caroline,” a source told the newspaper this morning. “But now the police are involved, she hopes the matter will soon be resolved and she can move on with her life.”
The spokeswoman confirmed: “A 39-year-old man was arrested and questioned, and has been bailed until mid-August pending further investigation.”
Caroline returns to the Xtra Factor next month on ITV2.
