Cheryl Cole has spoken about her relationship with X Factor boss Simon Cowell, saying the pair are still friends.
The Girls Aloud star opened up about her exit from The X Factor USA last year in an interview on the Graham Norton show.
Cheryl told Graham: “We’ve made up, we’re friends. I’m not that type of person [to ignore him], that’s not in my nature.”
And in the video below Cheryl reveals how she broke the ice with Simon by flying a plane over his LA home revealing his birthday.
She said: “He’s 52 by the way, 53 coming. He doesn’t want anyone to know. I heard a rumour from… well, I won’t name names, but I heard he didn’t want people to know it was his birthday.”
