One Direction’s Zayn Malik and Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards are reportedly “serious” with one another, after going public with their relationship.

The pair had originally hooked up on set of the charity single video last year, which saw One Direction guest star alongside the show’s finalists, but the couple only revealed their relationship this month.

Perrie and Zayn were recently pictured kissing as he left for his US tour with 1D, but it seems the pair are planning to make their long distance relationship work.

“They’re serious about each other and 
are determined to make it work while Zayn’s away in the States,” a supposed source close to the pair claimed this week.

Speaking to Now magazine, the insider added: “They’re very committed to each other.”

Zayn previously said that the pair were “buzzing” about their relationship, after talking about it to the press for the first time.

He said: “We’re absolutely incredible. Everything’s going 
great. We’re buzzing.”
