X Factor judge Tulisa is reportedly worried about Katy Perry joining the panel full-time.
US popstar Katy is one of the names linked to the judging panel this year, after Kelly Rowland quit after just one series.
So far bosses have called in various guest stars to help judge the auditions until a suitable full-time replacement can be found.
Star magazine report however that there’s one person that Tulisa doesn’t want to see sitting next to her on the panel!
“Tulisa went quiet after Katy’s name was first mentioned,” a source tells the publication. “Last year she was the most popular judge, winning the show.
“She says she’s worried about the prospect of a hotshot like Katy joining. She’s really panicking that she’s going to end up being sidelined and will be the ‘out of favour’ judge that always gets a rough ride on the show.”
Katy previously appeared as a guest judge on the show back in 2010, sitting in for a pregnant Dannii Minogue.
The ‘Part Of Me’ singer won over viewers and producers, who are hoping she’ll be able to join the show full time from the bootcamp stages in August.
“Simon adores Katy, and it’s left Tulisa feeling vulnerable,” the supposed insider continued. “If Katy does get the job she knows she hasn’t got a chance – [Katy] is so brash and loud, and will steal the limelight.
“She’s also a global mega-star, so it’s hard for Tulisa.’
Yesterday it was revealed that Mel B would be the X Factor guest judge in Manchester.
