Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has deleted her Twitter account after receiving death threats from One Direction fans.
The teenager has been spotted dating the group’s Zayn Malik, with the pair pictured spending the night together earlier this week.
But some One Direction fans – who have nicknamed the pair Zerrie – have hit out at Perrie for dating ‘their’ Zayn.
One jealous hater tweeted: “Perrie Edwards deleted twitter, have a sook you’re dating the sexiest guy in 1D forgive me but I don’t feel sorry for you [sic]“.
Zayn and Perrie were first linked last year, when the pair originally hit it off when filming The X Factor’s charity single, which guest stared both One Direction and JLS.
The couple however denied any relationship until this month, when they went public about their romance after tweeting one another on Twitter.
