X Factor star Tulisa has been left “really upset” after criticism over her performance on Britain’s Got Talent.
It was the first live telly performance of Tulisa’s new single Young, which went to number one earlier this month.
But the poor vocals and questionable dress sense was met with a backlash.
“Tulisa was really upset over what people were saying after she went on BGT,” a friend of the singer’s told Star magazine this week.
The source went on: “She doesn’t understand why she deserved such harsh response.
“After her difficult few weeks [with the sex tape] it’s the last thing she needs.”
The supposed insider added: “She wishes people would just get off her back and stop looking for an excuse to put the knife in.”
Fortunately for Tulisa, she’ll soon have little time to worry about the haters, with X Factor auditions set to start next week!
