X Factor judge Tulisa has revealed that she wants to see Cheryl Cole sitting next to her for the new series, but conceded it’s not going to happen!
There’s just a few weeks now until the X Factor auditions start in Liverpool (OMG!) and there’s still one spot on the panel left to fill after Kelly Rowland’s departure.
Speaking on Free Radio, Tulisa insisted she was still in the dark about the new judge, but did explain who she’d live to see.
“If I was a producer and I was picking judges for the show, I would probably go for different people than who I would like if I was on the show and wanted sitting next to me,” the N-Dubz star said.
She went on: “I was a big fan of the show before I was on the panel. So I used to love watching Cheryl, so I would… yeah… I don’t think that’s going to happen though.”
Unfortunately for Tulisa, she’s almost certainly right, with Cheryl tweeting recently that the show was part of her past.
“X Factor was a great experience and time in my life and career but is now part of my past… Please #letsmoveonnow #newnewspls Zzzzz *yawns*,” she wrote. “Live for what tomorrow has to offer, not what yesterday has already taken away.”
