X Factor host Dermot O’Leary has revealed that he plans to stop his now famous dance entrances on the live shows.
Dermot, who will be back on the show for a fifth year this summer, began to perform a few moves at the top of each show last autumn.
And it sounds like now he regrets it, after the whim turned into a weekly feature, which got more extravagant towards the final.
However whilst most guys would love to be surrounded by a group of female dancers, Dermot has admitted he hopes to say goodbye to the Dermorettes this year.
But speaking to DigitalSpy, Dermot explained that while he may not fancy performing again, show bosses loved it.
“Like all these things they put it to a focus group and for some God forsaken reason the focus group seem to like it,” he told the website. “So, you may see it occasionally, put it that way.”
